简历：
  2007年于中国科学院计算技术研究所/北京基因组研究所获硕士学位后，留在北京基因组研究所工作，并于2008年6月转入心理研究所工作至今。期间，2012年获得行为遗传学专业博士学位，2014年5月到2015年5月院公派到北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校的遗传系和生物统计系访学，2014年底成为硕士研究生导师。2018年成为中国科学院青年促进会会员。
  常素华博士的主要研究领域是精神疾病的遗传机制及其应用研究，侧重于遗传数据的统计遗传学分析、多维数据的生物信息学整合分析、数据库和软件平台的开发、以及基于遗传数据和其他多维表型数据的疾病风险评估模型的开发。迄今在Molecular Psychiatry、Biological Psychiatry、Nucleic Acids Research、Journal Psychiatry Research等国际主流学术期刊发表了30余篇学术论文，其中15篇为第一/并列第一/并列通讯作者。

研究领域：
精神疾病的遗传机制及其应用研究：遗传数据的统计遗传学分析，多维数据的生物信息学整合分析，数据库和软件平台的开发，基于遗传学数据的疾病风险评估模型开发。
